I got this recipe years ago from Jonathan’s grandmother. It’s one of his favorite desserts. (Mine too!)
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 can blueberry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese – room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container Cool Whip
Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and half of the Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture in prepared graham cracker crust. Top with blueberry pie filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
